I know firsthand what it feels like when your body doesn’t respond the way you want it to. Growing up, I was surrounded by the painful reality of weight struggles, obesity, and cardiovascular disease in my family.
I watched my mother fight a lifelong battle with yo-yo dieting. She tried every new “miracle plan,” but nothing ever lasted. Each time she’d lose weight, it would creep back — leaving her feeling frustrated, defeated, and stuck in the cycle of starting over.
At the same time, I faced my own challenges. I carried extra weight as a child and teenager, endured bullying, and tried restrictive diets that left me tired, weak, and unhappy. Instead of building a healthy body, I was unknowingly losing muscle and damaging my metabolism.
I know the frustration of doing “all the right things” and still not seeing results.
Those struggles lit a fire in me. I refused to stay stuck in that cycle — for myself, and for others.
I committed to learning everything I could about nutrition, metabolism, and holistic health. Along the way, I transformed not only my own health, but also my understanding of what truly works.
Today, I am a Registered Health & Nutrition Counselor (CAIN-RHNC™) and a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach. My focus is helping women 40+ finally break free from diets that don’t work, reset their metabolism, and achieve real, sustainable weight loss — while also improving energy, gut health, and long-term wellbeing.
